Guidelines for Using File Transfer Protocol (FTP)
Do you have a file that you would like to send to someone from The Daughters of Charity?
How to send your file(s):
- You will need a password to access the FTP site. Contact the Help Desk to get the password at
- Type the required information in each of the text boxes. You cannot use your home email address. This is for in-house use only.
- To upload a file to send, click on the Browse button. This will take you to your computer, locate the file to upload, click to send. If you send a folder, the folder must be zipped before uploading and selecting. Please contact the Help Desk to zip files.
- When finished, click the Send File button.
- Questions or problems should be directed to Help Desk at .
Files up to 3 GB can be sent using this FTP program.
